Matt and Julie moved to State College, PA May of 2006. They were first-time home buyers and found a great house in Millheim. So cute and well maintained. They fell in love with it’s charm! And it was in their price range. It was out of town a little bit, but they didn’t mind the drive to work. So they proceeded to buy and have loved living there.
During their home ownership in just two short years, they remodeled the kitchen. Unfortunately, Matt had a job change and now he needs to drive all the way from Millheim to Huntingdon. Wow! An hour drive each way! That’s just too far. So Matt and Julie decided to put their home on the market and to make a move to Huntindon.
They listed it with their original Buyer Agent. The house didn’t sell and now they have it listed with me. I am so delighted to be able to assist Matt and Julie.
