MULTIPLE OFFERS TODAY! REALLY? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Multiple offers today! Really? How is that possible?

Boy, I was silent today.  I didn’t mean to be.  I really want to be a daily blogger.  At least I think so.  I am kind of feeling like that’s my voice.  It’s still early to tell.  But I was getting comfortable writing at least one blog per day.  O that kind of sounded like “saving the world one. blog. post. at. a. time.”  Anyway, no hero complex here!  I don’t know why it sounded like that to me.  LOL!  I had a long day.  Can you tell?  I’m goofy!

Here in State College, I was in two multiple offer situations today.  Recession, what recession!?  I guess State College must be THE place to be!  We’re buzzing around here!  Although, the stats from earlier this year had shown slowing numbers compared to last year. So, we’ll see how this year shakes out here in Central PA.  Go Penn State!
